Don’t ever take the weight of the world on your shoulders.  Don’t ever feel threatened by the future—take life one day at a time.

Don’t ever feel guilty about the past—what’s done is done.  Learn from any mistakes you might have made.

Don’t ever feel that you are alone—there is always somebody there for you to reach out to.

Don’t ever forget that you can achieve so many of the things you can imagine—imagine that!  It’s not as hard as it seems.  Don’t ever stop loving, don’t ever stop believing, don’t ever stop dreaming your dreams.”  – Laine Parsons

Spirituality

“Inner Peace – A new disease?

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace.  The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions.  This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.

Some signs to look for:

A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.  An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.  A loss of interest in judging other people.  A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.  A loss of interest in conflict.  A loss of the ability to worry.  (This is a very serious symptom.)

Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.  Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.  Frequent attacks of smiling.  An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.

An increased susceptibility to the love offered by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.  Do you have this disease?  If so, pass it on!” – unknown

I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.  God said No.  I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as God loves me.  God said…Ahhh, finally, you have the idea.
